Introducing the CentraSota Vintage SledHeads
Wednesday, 22 July 2009 08:53

Early this spring three diehard vintagesledders had a dream. They wanted to form a “Vintage only” snowmobile club. That night Roger Lawson, Ron Ebbers, and Allen Emme started what was to become the “CentraSota Vintage SledHeads"

Loosely based around the Hutchinson MN area, the club quickly incorporated into a “non- profit organization”. The club dues were set a $10 a year and 28 people joined up right away. The club held its first meeting June 9 and at the meeting it was decided to hold the next meeting Sept 14 giving time for members to enjoy the busy summer with their families.

The club has attended shows at Cosmos, Hector, Hutchinson, and more!

The clubs goals are simple:

Riding vintage sleds when snow permits, showing off our collections and feeding the “vintage disease”.

The club has formed both a riding and racing committee and will actively be working on both areas.

As of this writing the club has 54 paid members branching out through 11 counties in MN. and one member from ND. The club is open to anyone who is a vintage snowmobile enthusiast. A membership application can be found in the Vintagesledders.com forums.
